Flat-rate compensation (consumer)
Calculate the maximum flat-rate compensation for late payment by a consumer, under the Law of 4 May 2023.
When a consumer fails to pay an invoice on time, a business may, since the Act of 4 May 2023, charge only a limited flat-rate compensation. This tool calculates the statutory maximum based on the outstanding amount.
